We wanted an announcement list/discussion board that is easy for everyone to use and navigate. This one is much easier (than a place like Yahoo!) for novices because you just have to choose a password - no profiles or personal info needed. The link above will get you started - just be sure to read the info on the page and keep you subscription information.
